INSPIRATION, WORKSHOPS AND PITCHING SESSIONS AT THE ARTS+

Dear THE ARTS+ friends,

a futuristic virtual reality cinema, an innovative pop-up museum, and a cool “Innovation Made in Germany” trend show – the weekend programme of THE ARTS+ (14 and 15 October) is set and we can’t wait to welcome you. Come and be astonished – it’s going to be exciting! Please also share this link with friends and colleagues who might be interested.
Our speaker lineup is continuing to fill up with exciting, creative people, including the candidates for our “Espresso for the mind” pitching sessions, who will present their innovative ideas and concepts at THE ARTS+ Runway on 11, 12 and 13 October at 3 p.m. Also in this newsletter: an exclusive contribution by Ugo Bacchella, President of the Italian cultural centre “Fondazione Fitzcarraldo” and a strategic partner of THE ARTS+, about “Father and Son”, the very successful museum gamification project.

I look forward to seeing you there, and to being inspired!
Holger Volland

FROM INNOVATION TO EMOTION

The Fitzcarraldo Foundation is an Italian centre for culture, arts, media management, economics and cultural policy and a strategic partner of THE ARTS+ Innovation Summit (October 11). Among other things, the foundation has hosted a discussion on cultural heritage with gamification expert Fabio Viola. In our blog, Ugo Bacchella, President of the Fondazione Fitzcarraldo, gives an inside view of how tech-triggered innovation can lead to emotion, with reference to the first videogame published by an archaeological museum, “Father and Son”. »
