THE ARTS+ ON THE ROAD

Dear friends of THE ARTS+,

Behind the scenes at THE ARTS+, planning is in full swing. You can find all our updates and news on our social media channels, blog and of course here in the newsletter. And for those of you who want to be a part of it: Get your ticket to THE ARTS+ 2018 in Frankfurt here.

In the coming weeks and months, I will also be on the road beyond the festival, discussing the topic of artificial  intelligence and creativity: At aperto/IBM in Berlin on 6 June, the Art Director’s Club in Düsseldorf on 7 June, Berlin’s Pfefferberg Theater for “Literatur Live” on 11 June and at the Museum Angewandte Kunst for the “Frankfurt Machine Talk” on 16 June. Perhaps I’ll see you there?

Kindest regards,
Holger Volland

A glance into the future

How will our cultural heritage be preserved in the future and by whom? And, as a rule, what should be preserved for the future?
Questions like these are at the heart of THE ARTS+ festival programme. Keynote speeches, case studies, interactive panel discussions, guided tours and matchmaking events are dedicated to exploring a forward-looking approach both to our historical cultural heritage as well as to the evidence of our current times.
